How I work

Past life regression

Part of my integrated practice, never the starting point. We begin with your present concern and discuss whether regression is something you want to explore.

How I approach it

Our starting point is what's happening now: a recurring response, a relationship difficulty, something you'd like to understand.

If we consider regression, I explain the process and its limits first. You can decline and continue with other approaches. An unexplained feeling or fear does not establish that it comes from a past life.

What happens during a session?

  1. 01

    Guided hypnosis

I guide you and invite you to describe what you notice, if anything.

  2. 02

    Whatever comes

Images, sensations or an unfamiliar story, or very little. Nothing needs to be produced.

  3. 03

    Time to talk

We explore the meaning you give it and whether it connects to your present concern.

How we understand what comes up

Some people interpret it through a belief in past lives. Others as imagination, symbolism or a story the mind has formed.

We don't need to settle on an explanation. I don't treat imagery as proof of a past life or use it to establish facts about another person.

That's also why I don't book it separately. I don't provide past life readings or promise that a session will reveal a previous identity.

Questions about past life regression

Do I need to believe in past lives?

No. We discuss your understanding of the approach before proceeding. You can remain uncertain about how to interpret anything you experience.

Can I request it?

You can mention your interest during the consultation. We discuss why you're considering it and whether it fits the concern you want to work on.

What if nothing comes to mind?

You can say so. We can change the guidance, use another approach, or stop. You don't need to invent an image or keep searching for an answer.

Will you tell me what the images mean?

I may ask questions to help you reflect, but I won't assign a past identity or insist on an interpretation. You can disagree or leave something unexplained.

What if the experience feels upsetting?

We can pause or stop, and discuss what you're experiencing before deciding how to proceed.

What if imagery appears unexpectedly during hypnotherapy?

You can describe it if you wish. We discuss whether to explore it, return to the original focus, or pause. Its appearance doesn't require us to interpret it as a past life.

Is this available online?

Yes, when we've discussed suitability and agreed to proceed. You'll need a private, uninterrupted space and a stable internet connection.
